Madison’s journey into yoga began amidst life's challenges. After yoga made such a substantial impact on her life, she became a dedicated practitioner, self-studying yoga philosophy & sequencing her own flows at home.

Fueled by desire to share what yoga brought to her, Madison pursued teaching, recognizing the responsibility of passing down these ancient teachings. As a yoga instructor, Madison centers on bringing hope and strength to others. Her teaching goes beyond physical postures, emphasizing an approach that nurtures awareness of the body, mind, and soul. Rooted in her own practice, she brings authenticity and dedication to her role.

Madison's story is one of personal healing evolving into a commitment to share the benefits of yoga. In a world where mental health challenges are prevalent, Madison serves as a guide, someone who holds space for you, so that you can awake your inner healer & bring the practices of yoga off of the mat as well.
